Concierge Service

The Concierge Service by ENJOY VILLAS allows you to easily organize your trip and benefit from the best advice on activities, restaurants, and great deals at the best prices on the island of Moorea.

From booking an excursion to arranging a private chef on request, we can take care of planning and logistics according to your needs.

Thanks to our excellent relationships with the best providers in Moorea, we can offer direct access to a wide range of amazing activities, including:
4×4 safari tours in the mountains of Moorea, jet ski excursions, whale watching, in-villa massages, skydiving over Moorea, Tahitian black pearl shopping, car, scooter, and e-bike rentals, restaurant reservations, and much more.

Here are some options you can request (this list is not exhaustive; we will do our best to meet your needs):

Free Services:

  • Organizing your transfer from Papeete Airport to your villa.
  • Pre-booking a car, scooter, or bike.
  • Booking your activities, excursions, in-villa massages, private yoga classes, ukulele lessons, Tahitian dance lessons, etc.

Paid Services:

  • Grocery shopping & delivery (water, coffee, beer, etc.).
  • Additional cleaning during your stay.
  • Laundry service.
  • Private chef service.
  • Food delivery.
  • Babysitting services.

We are convinced that planning your trip with ENJOY VILLAS will be an easy and enjoyable experience.
Simply choose your services, and we will take care of everything.

How does it work?

For any request, please contact us as soon as possible.
We recommend booking at least two weeks before your arrival to ensure service availability.
Upon arrival, ENJOY VILLAS will stay in contact with you and be available 7 days a week to assist you throughout your stay.

Included Services in the Nightly Rate

As soon as you arrive, you are on vacation, and all these services ensure an unforgettable stay without any unpleasant surprises.

Included in the rental price:

  • Initial and final cleaning (Before check-out, please take out sorted trash, empty the fridge, and do not leave dirty dishes).

  • Bed linen – sheets and pillowcases.

  • Beds made upon arrival.

  • Bathroom towels and bath mats.

  • Beach towels for our international guests.

  • Mid-stay change of towels and bed linen (only for stays longer than 7 days).

  • Kitchen utensils, dishes, and dish towels.

  • Garbage bags, sponge, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper (to be restocked by you during your stay if needed).

  • Charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided). (Barbecues are not allowed for LEGENDS villas).

  • Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided).

  • Internet access.

  • Kayak (not available for LEGENDS villas and Temae Beach bungalows).

  • Booking fees.

  • Air conditioning fees.

  • Activity and restaurant reservations (concierge service).

Not included:

  • Tourist tax of 60 XPF per adult per night (added to the final invoice).
  • Credit card payment fees: 2% with OSB or 3.5% with PayPal (added to the final invoice).

Not provided:

  • Paper towels, shower gel, shampoo, coffee, laundry detergent.

Before your stay and subject to availability:

For babies and children under 3 years old, we can provide a travel crib with a set of sheets for an additional fee of 1,000 XPF per stay (linen fee included).

PRICES:

Our rates include:

  • Bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels).
  • Initial and final cleaning.
  • Normal electricity, water, and gas consumption.
  • Welcome and departure with one of our agents.
  • Administrative fees.
  • Wi-Fi internet access.
  • Concierge service.

They do not include the tourist tax (60 XPF per day per adult).

BOOKING

The tenant agrees to provide all necessary information requested by ENJOY VILLAS to process the booking.
By confirming your reservation, you accept to enter into a direct contractual agreement with ENJOY VILLAS under its general conditions.

DEPOSIT PAYMENT

The tenant agrees to pay a deposit of 30% of the total rental price indicated on the invoice. If the deposit is not paid within 10 days, ENJOY VILLAS reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
This payment can be made by bank transfer, check (only checks from Polynesian banks), cash, or credit card (secure online payment link).

Credit card payments incur additional fees corresponding to the payment processing company’s commission:

  • 2% for Mastercard or Visa
  • 3.5% for other cards

PAYMENT TERMS

The remaining balance must be paid no later than upon arrival at the property.
The tenant can pay by check (only checks from Polynesian banks), cash, bank transfer, or credit card.

  • 2% for Mastercard or Visa
  • 3.5% for other cards

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • The tenant will receive a 100% refund of the deposit if they cancel their stay at least 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • If canceled less than 60 days before arrival, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.
  • Cancellations due to safety concerns or force majeure (family death, serious illness, natural disaster, or political unrest in the country) may override the cancellation conditions.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Upon check-in, the tenant must provide ENJOY VILLAS with a security deposit of:

  • 100,000 XPF (or $1,000 or €1,000),
  • Payable by local check or cash (XPF, € or $).

This deposit serves as a guarantee to cover any damages or losses to the property, furniture, or items within the rental. It also covers lost keys.

The security deposit can be provided in the form of:

  • A signed check payable to ENJOY VILLAS, or
  • A cash deposit, which will be returned after a final inventory and check-out inspection.

(Only checks from Polynesian banks are accepted.)

If the tenant cannot provide a deposit, ENJOY VILLAS reserves the right to request a passport or driver’s license as a guarantee.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

  • Please contact us 48 hours before your arrival to confirm the exact check-in time.

  • Standard check-in: 2:00 PM – A ENJOY VILLAS agent will meet you at the property at the agreed time.

  • Please respect the scheduled appointment.

  • If you are more than one hour late, a fee will apply.

  • Standard check-out: 10:00 AM – A ENJOY VILLAS agent will meet you at the property 15 minutes before departure for a final inspection and key return.

  • Late check-out requests: If the villa is not booked the following day, an early check-in or late check-out may be granted.

  • Guaranteed late check-out: An additional night will be charged.

  • Failure to return the keys at check-out may result in legal action.

INVENTORY AND INSPECTION

A quick inspection and inventory will be conducted at the end of the rental.
ENJOY VILLAS reserves the right to contest it within 7 days after check-out.
If no claim is made within this period, the rental will be considered returned in good condition.

TENANT’S OBLIGATIONS

  • The tenant must respect the property, furniture, and equipment and is responsible for any damages or losses during their stay.
  • The property must be left clean at the end of the stay.
  • If any items are broken or damaged, ENJOY VILLAS may request a replacement fee.
  • The tenant must avoid excessive noise that may disturb neighbors (e.g., loud music, TV).
  • ENJOY VILLAS is not responsible for thefts occurring in the rental property.
  • The tenant must respect the maximum occupancy limit and follow the no-smoking and no-pets policies.
  • ENJOY VILLAS reserves the right to request an inspection of the property during the stay.

INSURANCE

Liability insurance (or Accidental Rental Damage Protection) is an insurance policy that covers accidental damages to the property during your stay, in addition to the security deposit.

With liability insurance, you will not be responsible for accidental damages caused during your stay.

Check with your insurance provider to ensure that you and your family are covered while staying in a rental property abroad.
