Villa Bella Vita by ENJOY VILLAS has everything you need for a dream holiday on Moorea!
Located in a secure and quiet residence, on the edge of the lagoon with its private access, its beautiful salt water infinity pool, ideal for 8 people. This 130m2 villa is equipped with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each with its own bathroom, high-speed Internet (Fibre), Smart TV with over 20 local and international channels, kayaks, barbecue and much more…

Bedrooms and bathrooms:

Bedroom n°1 is equipped with a King Size Bed (180 x 200 cm), with air conditioning and air blower, a dressing room, a safe, its own bathroom with a large shower, wc and washbasin.

Bedroom n°2 has a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm), with air conditioning and fan, a storage cupboard, and its own bathroom with a large shower, wc and washbasin.

Bedroom n°3 has its own independent entrance, with a small private terrace in front of it; it is equipped with a double bed (140×200 cm), air conditioning, and has its own bathroom with a large shower, wc and washbasin.

• There is also an extra bed (140×200 cm) in the living room. (For 2 people)

A total of 8 beds.

Living room / Kitchen :

The living room has a lovely, very comfortable sofa, with a flat-screen TV.
Plus = broadband internet (Fibre) and smart TV with over 27 local and international HD channels.

In the centre, the 100%-equipped kitchen, with a local wooden bar and high chairs.
Facilities : Water fountain (filter), fridge, microwave, gas oven and hob, small dishwasher, kettle, rice-cooker, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, crockery, kitchen utensils, kitchen background….

An additional double bed (140 x 200 cm), with a fan, is available in one part of the living room, allowing you to sleep a further 2 people, for a total of 8 beds.

Covered terrace / Pool area:
The terrace has a large outdoor sofa and dining table for 8 people.
The large decking area around the pool offers plenty of space to relax with sun loungers, sofas, armchairs, parasols…
The pretty infinity pool overlooking the lagoon has salt water filtration.
Salt does not sting the eyes and is gentler on the skin and hair, making it a real ‘plus’. It measures 5m by 2.5m and is 1.75m deep.

To the left of the pool deck, you’ll find a sandy BEACH area, great for children and adults to play on.
There is also a charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided), 2 kayaks and a paddle, an outdoor shower with hot water, 2 gated lagoon entrances and 2 boat moorings (which you can use).

Laundry room with washing machine and washing line.

This is a quiet residence and we want it to stay that way.
Noise pollution or parties are not welcome.
