Description of Villa Julietta : Pretty seaside villa with swimming pool located in a secure residence in PAPETOAI. Equipped with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and a large terrace facing the pool and the lagoon, sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue, kayaks and free WIFI.

The villa is made up of 3 independent modules, separated by a few metres.

Module 1: KITCHEN and LIVING ROOM The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped: fridge, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cooking utensils. The lounge has a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. Large picture windows open onto the covered terrace, which includes an outdoor lounge, dining table for 8 and sun loungers. Just beyond the large swimming pool, a private gate gives you access to the turquoise blue lagoon. An outdoor shower and kayaks are also available. (2 kayaks per person)

Module n°2 ‘Chambre Parentale 180×200 bed, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, storage cupboard, safe.

Module n°3 ‘Bedrooms N°2 and N°3 with shared bathroom’. The 2nd bedroom is air-conditioned, with a 200 x200cm bed, wardrobe and mosquito net. The 3rd air-conditioned bedroom, with a 160x200cm bed and 2 single bunk beds for children (170cmx80cm), mosquito net. A bathroom shared by the 2 bedrooms, with shower and bath.

There is also a laundry area with a washing machine and an outside WC.

This is a quiet residence, and we want it to stay that way. Noise pollution or parties are not welcome.
