Total surface area (including terrace): 180m².
The LEGEND N°39 Villa (6 guests) consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a Queen-size bed (160×200) and its own bathroom. A third air-conditioned bedroom includes two single beds (90×190).
The villa has:
- A master bathroom with a shower and toilet
- A second shared bathroom (for the second double bedroom and the twin bedroom)
- A separate toilet
The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker + Nespresso (capsules not provided), cooking utensils, and tableware.
The living room offers premium resort-style comfort, including a flat-screen TV (with LCI and M6 channels), telephone, safe, and high-speed fiber-optic WiFi (installed in August 2022).
On the terrace: A jacuzzi (not heated), two sun loungers with a parasol, and a dining area for six people under a fare pote.
The villa also includes a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and iron.
You can also enjoy the fitness room, tennis court (equipment not provided), and the beautiful shared swimming pool located next to the court.
Pets, barbecues, and parties are strictly prohibited.

IMPORTANT: A car or scooter is MANDATORY to access the villa, which is located at the top of the residence.
How to Get to the Residence (45 min from the ferry terminal)
Turn right when leaving the ferry terminal and pass the two bays.
The Legends Resort Residence is located in the mountains.
A parking space is available in front of the villa.
